When EOR makes sense
International expansion
You want to hire in a new country before justifying the cost of a local entity.
Regulatory de-risk
Sanctions, compliance, or audit pressure makes direct employment in a region too risky.
Fast scale-up
You need to onboard a team in days, not months — and stay flexible if plans change.
EOR pricing
One percentage of monthly payroll. No platform fee. No hidden charges. Volume tiers reduce the rate as you scale.

EOR FAQs
Which countries do you cover for EOR?
Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, the UAE, Serbia, and Moldova. We expand the list based on demand from active clients.
Who is the legal employer of my team?
An Aidanta operating entity in the destination country is the legal employer. Your company is our client and retains full operational control over the day-to-day work.
How is payroll calculated and paid?
We calculate gross-to-net per local rules and pay employees in the local currency on a fixed monthly schedule. You receive one consolidated invoice in the currency of your hub.
Can we offer benefits beyond statutory minimums?
Yes. Supplementary health insurance, equipment stipends, equity (where legally workable), and other benefits are configurable per role.
What happens if we need to terminate an employment?
We handle terminations per local labor law, including notice periods, severance calculations, and final settlement. We brief you on the cost and timeline before any action.
