About Aidanta

Built for Russia and the CIS.

Aidanta is a specialist EOR and COR provider headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We operate in 11 countries with revenue hubs in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the UAE, and Serbia.

Our specialty

Most international EOR providers are built for the easy markets: US to Western Europe, EU to APAC. Few are built for the harder ones — and few markets are harder to serve well than Russia and the CIS.

International companies regularly need to hire engineers, designers, and operators in Russia and the broader CIS. Sanctions risk, payment friction, and entity registration timelines make a direct path impractical for most. We built Aidanta specifically to make that path practical.

Our revenue hubs in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the UAE, and Serbia handle multi-currency settlement and cross-border payments across the region — so funds into Russia and the CIS clear reliably, whatever the currency or compliance profile.

Where we operate

Eleven operating entities, four revenue hubs. Each country runs through a local legal entity that is the actual employer of record.

Values

Compliance-first

Every product decision starts with: is this defensible under the destination country's law? If not, we don't ship it.

Speed

72 hours from completed onboarding to active employment is not a target — it's the baseline. Anything slower is a bug we fix.

Specialist depth

We do not try to be everything in HR-tech. We do international employment for Russia and the CIS — better than anyone.

Operational invisibility

Your finance, procurement, and vendor approval processes should not have to know we exist. The receiving entity is invisible to your stack.
